My background includes 25 years of working in economic development, governance, education and capacity building in the First Nations communities. I have a BA in Native Studies specializing in Management and Economic Development; have a Master's in Education and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

I can empathize with everyone here and Justin. Teaching this subject must be extremely difficult for many reasons. I have had problems in other schools/colleges where I did not receive the education that I believed was advertised. This time I know going to be okay.. I don't really have many expectations.
From what I saw Justin seems like a very kind man and I am looking forward to learning more from him.
